That's a good idea. Trust me, you don't want to have to call them. I *hate* calling Microsoft whenever I format my PC and install Windows. They make you feel like a pirate. What they don't get is that people using pirated copies of Windows, or Spore for that matter, aren't going to call them.

I can't wait for the day when the entertainment/media industries wake up and realise that DRM only hurts the industry by making legally owning media more awkward and difficult than actually pirating it.
